1. Shipping Coverage

✅ International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Delivery Timeframe
🚚 Standard Delivery: 1-3 business days within UAE.
🚚 Express Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery (subject to availability and extra charges).
Note: Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order Processing Time
✅ Orders placed before [02:00PM] will be processed on the same day.
✅ Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Process
📦 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
📦 Our delivery partners will attempt up to 2 deliveries. If unsuccessful, we will contact you to reschedule.
5. Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)
✔️ You can collect your order from our store at KM Trading, Oud Mehta, Dubai, UAE.
✔️ Orders will be ready for pickup within [24] hours after confirmation.
6. Issues with Delivery
🔹 Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@famouspets.ae or call 055 101 3468.
🔹 Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the damage.
🔹 Wrong Items: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us for a replacement.
7. Undeliverable Orders
If an order cannot be delivered due to:
